About Arcus

Owned and run by Adam Pinner, a graduate of the Galloup School of Guitar Building and Repair (Michigan, USA).

After working in the musical instrument industry for over 18 years and playing for 25 years I set up Arcus in the summer of 2017. Then in 2020, Arcus became my full-time venture with a new dedicated workshop based in St. Nicholas-at-Wade, Birchington. Over the years I have repaired, upgraded and restored thousands of instruments and am well trusted by my customers to take good care of their guitars and enjoy seeing them return time and time again.

As a musician myself, I know how important it is to have your instruments in the best condition. I offer the full range of guitar repairs from restrings and set ups to full builds, but its not just guitars, bring in your banjos, ukes and mandolins too! Your instrument will be in safe hands with a trained and certified repairer.

All estimates are completely free but best done in person so a full assessment of the instrument can be undertaken.
